Acceptance
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Custom mill runs require a 50% deposit at quote acceptance.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards. Verified trade accounts may apply for net-30 terms after their first prepaid order.
Warranty
Stock lumber is graded to published NHLA standards. Custom orders are warranted to match the agreed-upon specification. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
BHD's liability is limited to the value of the product sold. We are not responsible for consequential damages, project delays, or labor costs related to material defects.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
