Straightforward and human. If something's off, we make it right.
How long do I have to return?+
30 days from delivery date on all stock items in original, unaltered condition.
Are custom mill runs returnable?+
No. Custom orders are non-returnable but are covered by our quality guarantee — if it doesn't match the agreed spec, we remake it at no charge.
Who pays return freight?+
We pay return freight on quality issues. For change-of-mind returns, the customer arranges and pays return shipping; we credit the product cost minus a 10% restocking fee.
How do I start a return?+
Email customerservice@bhd.us with your order number and reason. We'll issue an RMA and shipping instructions within one business day.
Refund timing+
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned material.
